Our 8,500 sq ft Experience Centre in West London opens in May 2026, serving both private residential clients and trade professionals across the UK.
The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven, personable, and highly organised Sales Consultant to join us at the heart of our showroom operation. This is a target-driven role responsible for converting inbound leads, nurturing prospect relationships, and driving revenue across both our B2C consumer and B2B trade channels.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, managing leads generated by our central marketing function and guiding prospects through the sales journey from initial enquiry to signed contract. You will work closely with the design team and management to ensure a seamless handover and outstanding client experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert all inbound leads generated through digital marketing, social media, paid campaigns, and showroom walk-ins
- Handle the full sales cycle for both B2C residential clients and B2B trade accounts including interior designers, architects, property developers, and contractors
- Qualify, nurture, and follow up leads using HubSpot CRM, maintaining accurate records, activity logs, and pipeline data at all times
- Conduct showroom consultations and product presentations, guiding clients through CasaVera's full range of bespoke interiors and customisation options
- Prepare and issue quotations, coordinate with the design and operations team, and manage client expectations throughout the pre-sales process
- Achieve and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories
- Build and develop a pipeline of trade accounts, cultivating long-term relationships with repeat B2B clients
- Attend networking events, industry trade shows, and client meetings as required
- Provide regular sales reporting and pipeline updates to management, utilising HubSpot dashboards and reporting tools
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide client feedback that informs campaigns, product positioning, and lead generation strategy
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the interiors, construction, luxury retail or related industry, with a demonstrable track record of hitting targets
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales processes and the ability to adapt style and approach for each audience
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM; comfortable managing lead pipelines, sequences, email workflows, and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; well-presented, articulate, and confident in high-value consultative sales environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Commercially astute with a proactive, self-motivated attitude and a genuine passion for interiors
- Experience working in a showroom or client-facing retail environment is highly desirable
- Familiarity with luxury products, bespoke manufacturing, or specification sales is an advantage
