About CasaVera

CasaVera is a luxury bespoke interiors brand built on a decade of construction expertise through our parent company, Anamorphic. We offer precision-manufactured, fully customised interiors across 16 product lines, including kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, internal and external doors, flooring, lighting, wall panels, home cinema and more. In May 2026, we are opening our 8,500 sq ft Experience Centre in West London, bringing our full collection to life in a dedicated, immersive showroom environment.

The Role

We are looking for a talented and commercially aware Interior Designer to join us. This is a client-facing, project-led role based full-time at our West London showroom. You will work directly with clients from their first consultation through to final installation, owning the entire design and delivery journey and ensuring every project reflects the quality and precision CasaVera stands for. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced designer who wants to work with a brand where craftsmanship, customisation and client relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

•  Meet with showroom clients to understand their brief, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences across residential interior projects including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces and full-property fits
• Develop detailed design proposals, mood boards, material specifications and 3D visuals using industry-standard tools
• Present design concepts and guide clients through product selections across CasaVera's full range, including finishes, materials, configurations and hardware
• Manage projects from signed contract through to completion, maintaining clear timelines, budgets, and client communication at every stage
• Liaise closely with the installation team, trade suppliers, and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless delivery and fit-out
• Coordinate site visits and installation oversight as required, ensuring all work meets CasaVera standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation including specifications, client sign-offs, order sheets and site records
• Collaborate with the sales team on project handovers and joint consultations where required
• Represent the CasaVera brand with professionalism and excellence in every client interaction

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Interior Designer, ideally within a luxury residential, interiors retail or premium showroom environment
• Demonstrable experience designing across kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and whole-home projects
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent visualisation tools
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, construction methods, and product specification
• Confident, professional communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly and build lasting client relationships
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience working with trade suppliers and installation teams is highly desirable
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
